The Activity Log allows you to track most changes that are made within WorkplaceManagement. It can also be used to send email notifications of most activities, such as employee move requests, or employee deletions.
The Activity Log will display the time, user, action, and detailed description of changes.
Note - The Activity Log is accesible only in the Enterprise edition of WorkplaceManagement.
1. From the Side Menu, go to Tools > Admin Reports.
2. Click on the Activity Log report at the top of the list.
3. Select the Settings button.
4. Enable each activity you want tracked by toggling the checkbox.
5. Select the Save button to confirm any changes.

3. Select the Settings button and scroll to the SMTP settings at the bottom of the panel.
4. Enter the settings for your SMTP server and account.
5. Test the connection by selecting the test button at the top right of the email settings.
6. Enter a recipient email address next to any action that should send an email notification.
7. When changes are done, select the Save button at the top of the panel.
